As Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient supply chain operations to support business needs.

Manage Inventory, Ensure Accuracy, and Support Global Operations

As Supply Chain Specialist, you will act as the voice of the warehouse in its cooperation with the rest of the organization. For example, by supporting supply chain operations by maintaining accurate stock records and coordinating logistics efficiently. You will be responsible for the seamless flow of goods, managing stock levels, and supporting LeMaitre’s sister companies with reliable supply solutions. You will oversee inventory bookings, handle stock corrections, and generate essential reports from the ERP system. Additionally, you will coordinate returns to the US parent company. With your expertise, you will help maintain efficiency and accuracy in all logistics operations, acting as the link between the Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance and RA/QA. It is therefore crucial that you possess a proactive mind-set and great social skills, thriving in a dynamic and varied role.

Organized and Analytical Logistics Specialist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized professional with a background in logistics, supply chain or commerce, either through vocational training or a degree. You should have experience with inventory management systems, ideally Navision or D365F&O, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong German language skills are a must, and your English proficiency should allow for effective communication. Your analytical mindset, structured working approach, and customer-focused attitude will make you a valuable asset to the team.
