BOS Power is at the forefront of the energy transition, driving innovation in battery energy storage solutions (BESS). Backed by Bertel O. Steen Group, BOS Power are expanding the Energy Storage Systems (ESS) team to further strengthen their market position in the Nordics.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for BOS Powers, Energy Storage Systems (ESS) segment in Denmark and in Finland. This role is pivotal in supporting the fast-growing business, helping customers transform their energy solutions towards more sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the sales lead and ESS specialist and manage the sales process, in Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS).
- Develop and lead sales efforts for Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) by identifying and developing new customer relationships and projects.
- A Sales leader who can drive the sales process, collaborate with colleges across engineering, solutions and supplier networks.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and ESS approach
- Conduct market research and analyze and map the regional ESS market in Denmark or Finland.
- Establish and maintain relationships with focus customers, particularly in the energy sector, aiming to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Stay informed about market developments and stakeholders: customers, consultants, suppliers, etc.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners in the ESS market.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and strategic business development in the ESS Market
- Strong relationships within the energy sector.
- Experience in large projects within the green energy sector.
- Excellent commercial, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and team player.
- Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and Danish, or English and Finish
