About the Role

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be a key player in our organization. You will lead and develop our quality work in relation to regulatory frameworks (MDR, ISO 13485, among others) and ensure that our products meet the highest standards – for the people who truly depend on them.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and improve our quality management system
  • Lead and prepare external and internal audits for ISO 13485 and MDR class I and II
  • Develop QA policies and procedures
  • Lead continuous improvements in the areas of quality and quality management
  • Establish and lead relevant quality forums, involving and engaging the right people in the organization
  • Promote a quality culture across the entire organization and train the organization in quality management standards and requirements
  • Work closely with R&D, Operations, regulatory affairs, and other key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Academic degree within e.g. technology or competences equivalent to it
  • Experience in quality work within medical technology
  • Proficient in regulations and standards such as MDR, ISO 13485, QSR
  • Thrives in a role with both strategic responsibility and operational work
  • Experience in project management and internal audits
  • Genuine interest in people and their right to participation
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working with MDR Class 2a and/or2b is considered an advantage

Who You Are

You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to address complex challenges in a structured and effective manner. With experience in project management, you can drive initiatives forward through careful planning and a clear focus on results. You work independently with great accuracy and attention to detail and communicate with clarity and confidence—both verbally and in writing. You are also experienced in training and knowledge sharing. As a collaborative team member, you contribute actively with input to the management team and internal forums. Moreover, you have a strong ability to understand user needs and business objectives from a quality perspective, ensuring that processes and outcomes align with high standards.
