We are an industry association seeking a dynamic Managing Director who excels in strategic communication to lead us through a heavily regulated and high-stakes environment. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of key discussions, managing complex conversations with confidence and maintaining focus even under pressure. You will be expected to represent the association’s purpose and priorities, advocating for a well-regulated market and engaging in tough debates on critical issues such as public policy and regulation.
You will need to be prepared to handle public attention, engage in tough debates, and counter opposing arguments while staying true to the strategic direction. You’ll be responsible for setting the strategic communication framework for the association, shaping how we communicate our position on regulation and legislation, and influencing key decisions within the sector.
