In 2022, we restructured into Metronor Industrial AS, Metronor Medtech AS, and Boresight and Alignment Solutions AS—all fully owned by Metronor Holding AS. In 2024, the group reported a revenue of NOK 116 million and a pre-tax profit of NOK 36 million. For 2025, the group anticipates an annual revenue in the range of NOK 170–200 million. As we continue our rapid expansion, Metronor Industrial is seeking a highly driven, dynamic, and technology-savvy CEO to lead the company into its next phase of development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Metronor Industrial in alignment with our vision and strategy through strategic planning, goal setting, and execution.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, foster relationships, and negotiate long-term contracts.
Develop and optimize the organizational structure to drive performance and profitability.
Foster a strong corporate culture and build an academic environment that strengthens the organization.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and other companies within the Metronor group.
Lead scale-up and transformation processes, ensuring sustainable growth.
Stay ahead of market trends, expansion opportunities, and competitive developments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in senior management, preferably with international exposure.
Strong background in technology-driven industries.
Master’s or Ph.D. in Cybernetics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Process & Production, or Industrial Economics.
Experience in international sales, partnerships, and operations.
A track record of building and scaling high-tech organizations.
Comfortable with frequent international travel.
Fluent in English and Norwegian (or Swedish).
