As Business Development Lead, OEM & Leasing, you will…

… spearhead a market expansion strategy in the HDV industry by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting OEMs, OESs, and leasing companies. You will demonstrate the value proposition of cutting-edge solar solutions in reducing costs, lowering greenhouse gas emissions, and improving vehicle efficiency while building and managing a robust sales pipeline to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will also tailor solar solutions to address specific customer requirements and monitor market trends to inform product development and business strategies. As the voice of the customer within the organization, you will drive innovation and enhance product offerings.

We are looking for

If the following skills and qualities sound like you, we would be eager to hear from you:

  • you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant engineering field although professional experience ultimately outweighs formal education,
  • practical experience from an OEM or tier one supplier coupled with min. 4-5 years of sales experience in the HDV industry,
  • solid written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English, and;
  • solid IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce,
  • possess an entrepreneurial spirit with visionary thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
