Shape Financial Strategies and Drive Profitability
As Business Controller, Commercial, you will be a strategic financial partner for the commercial business, focusing on sales and P&L management. You will co-own the market P&L alongside the Country Director, providing financial insights to the leadership team, including the Business Controlling Director, CFO, and SVP Wine.
You will work closely with the commercial team, including Key Account Managers, Directors, and Marketing, ensuring that financial insights drive sales performance, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Your ability to challenge assumptions and communicate data-driven recommendations effectively will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to the Wine sector in Denmark, ensuring financial insights to support decision-making.
- Co-own the market P&L, working closely with the Country Director to optimize profitability.
- Manage pricing strategy and gross margin, identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Provide strategic financial analysis, driving profitability and supporting long-term growth.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Business Controller, Commercial Controller) or 5+ years in financial analysis roles (FP&A, Financial Controlling) within FMCG.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
- Fluent in a Nordic language and English, both spoken and written.
