A global leader in medical devices is seeking a dynamic and driven Vice President, Commercial  to lead its North Europe region. This is a high-impact executive leadership role with a dual focus: driving sustained sales growth while transforming operational performance.

Based in the Greater London area, the VP, Commercial – North Europe, will oversee three distinct sales territories—UK, Benelux, and Scandinavia—through a team of experienced Sales Managers. Additionally, this leader will manage the UK Operation team, with the mandate to optimize service delivery, warehouse management, regulatory compliance, and quality systems

Lead Regional Growth and Cultivate a High-Performance Culture

The primary goal of this role is to aggressively grow the company’s market share and profitability in the region. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires a hands-on, field-oriented leadership style. The ideal candidate will thrive on spending time with sales teams and customers, providing mentorship, strategic direction, and real-time support. Building and nurturing a high-performance team culture is essential, with a strong emphasis on accountability, motivation, and future talent development.

Beyond sales leadership, the VP will take ownership of monthly business performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights to guide decision-making at the regional and global level. This role also involves close collaboration with international teams in Europe and the US, particularly across Marketing, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations functions, to ensure seamless alignment and execution
