We are now looking for

Head of HR – Nordic

As our Head of HR- Nordic you report to our CEO Nordic and are an important representative in the Nordic management team. You are responsible for strategic HR supporting our business as well as operational HR. You lead a team of two HR generalists plus one office coordinator reporting to you. There is a potential to grow the team in the Nordic countries. You work close to and support our business managers in all HR related matters to develop our organization, performance and continuously foster a Nordic culture. Zeiss see great potential for further growth in the Nordics and you can look forward to an exciting journey together with us.

Your placement is preferably at our Stockholm office but could also be at our Copenhagen office. You support all four Nordic countries within all HR and work related matters. You are also a part of the Zeiss corporate HR network and are participating in corporate meetings gathering our HR Managers.

Your background and profile:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree within HR field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience from leading position within HR in a Nordic context, supporting business managers in order to develop organization and performance.
  • Experience from position that requires combination of strategic HR as well as operational HR.
  • Experience from company with operations within sales and service, preferably within technical industry.
  • Strong presentation skills and able to communicate to groups.
  • Highly motivated and organised self-starter who is able to act independently when required
  • Leadership experience, high ability to lead and motivate group of experts
  • Team player and able to work as part of a remote team using modern communication technologies
  • Self-motivated person interested in continual learning and self-development.
  • When needed, willingness to travel within the Nordics, but also to attend meetings across the wider European region when required.
