In this context, Celgene is one of the major players within hematology and oncology, and currently underway with 160 trials in approximately 60 indications and has 25 new molecules in preclinical or phase 1 development.

Pivotal regional medical role in a Nordic team
In the role as Scientific Advisor you will be pivotal working externally towards the medical society within hematology, building relationships supported by relevant scientific information. You will define the local medical plan in alignment with the defined overall strategy and will work closely together with the rest of the business unit in helping remove scientific barriers.

This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with current and future thought leaders within the hematology area
  • Identify, activate and support Investigator Initiated trials
  • Be responsible for the national medical disease plan and execute in alignment with overall Nordics medical disease plan
  • Foster a strong cross-functional collaboration to bring most value to all stakeholders

Skilled Medical Science Liaison with key experiences
We expect you to have an academic/scientific degree within Life Sciences combined with at least 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role. You have demonstrated strong skills in building, maintaining and utilizing scientific networks, and have engaged relevant HCP’s in collaborative efforts such as research and educational programs, as well as patient support initiatives.

As a person you are outgoing and proactive. You have an analytical and tactical mindset and are collaborative by nature. Your communicative and analytical skills are strong, and you thrive with professional challenges.
