Sales Director for a Danish high tech export enterprise !
Can you further develop and implement an ambitious sales strategy at international level?
You own the company’s sales strategy, are responsible for a sales budget of a 3-digit DKK million figure and are part of the company’s management team.
You are responsible for a strong and committed team. It will challenge you and you will challenge it on the path to further success – driven by a “we” attitude much more than by a “me” attitude!
The company is successful and is growing internationally. You develop the sales strategy further, which consequently results in tactical and operational action plans, which you make. In order to implement the strategy and plans it is important that you show a high activity level and commitment not least.
You must be the driving force in developing sales primarily internationally within the automotive-, aircraft- and consumer industry. During processing of the sales channels you will meet subsidiaries, distributors, partners and major national and international clients.
You have an academic background and have at least 5 years´ experience from a similar position in an international, high tech enterprise. It is important that you have experience with both strategic and operational sales.
You will only succeed if your team succeeds, so you come into this job with a proven track record of having managed an international team successfully. You are a strong communicator and have some good social skills combined with a big drive and a positive “can-do attitude” that motivates your surroundings.
