Manage and develop the brand-new QA Development team
As part of a brand-new strategy, Zealand Pharma is now looking for a Director to manage the QA Development team consisting of two full-time consultants and possible more in the future. With the strategy of becoming a fully integrated visionary biotech company, Zealand Pharma intents to take full ownership of product candidates through late state clinical development and registration, and ultimately, they strive to take the products all the way to market themselves. Identify the gaps and implement the solutions
As Director for the QA Development team, you will have responsibilities on both a tactical and operational level. You will be the one to identify the gaps and figure out the appropriate solutions to implement.
This role is very broad, and besides managing the QA Development team, your responsibilities include both maintenance of development QMS, CMC management, Clinical Operations Oversights, review and approval of development documentation, change management, vendor notifications handling etc. – you will be challenged to handle various tasks simultaneously.
Solid experience with Quality Management
We expect you to have a Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering combined with minimum 8 years of experience from working in a regulated environment (GLP, GCP, and GMP) and 3+ years in a Quality Management role.
You have strong communication- and interpersonal skills that give you the ability to influence the quality mindset of the entire organization. You are curious and excited about working in a highly scientific, dynamic, and agile environment, and passionate about developing high-quality products.
