Product Specialist – Diabetes


Key role within diabetes in Sealand region
With reference to the national sales manager you will take on a key role in the important diabetes franchise of Sanofi. The portfolio is unique and very interesting. With strong selling points in addition to a huge pipeline and upcoming launches your role and responsibility in the regional team will be key for the continued succes for patients and payers in the region.

The major responsibilities of this role include sales tasks, product promotion activities, building and maintaining relationships with health care professionals such as general practitioners and nurses and key opinion leaders in the territory. Additionally you will be working close together with your national peers and partake in a reginal cross functional team alongside colleagues from sales, marketing, market access and medical.

Pivotal role defining regional activities based on market insights and best practice sharing
With internal and external support you will take a pivotal role initiating relevant sales activities for your target audience in the region aligned with the overall regional plan.

  • Analyse territory with regard to sales potential, stakeholders and account management
  • Define an operational sales plan to reach your defined goals and key performance indicators
  • Organizing, planning and arranging different types of customer meetings
  • Sharing best practice and supply valuable insights and feedback with your colleagues
  • Take part of relevant national meetings/congresses/symposiums as agreed with your Sales Manager

Experienced self propelled and goal oriented sales specialist
You have working experience from the industry within either primary or secondary sector, and are motivated by converting a deep understanding of your territory into reaching your targets as well as working in an open, creative and collaborative cross functional team. You have a degree in either Health/Natural Sciences (Nurse, Pharm, Biologist etc.) or a commercial degree (MSc or BSc or similar) and have already obtained your LIF degree. Fluency in Danish and high level of English, both oral and written is expected. It would be preferable if you also have knowledge of the diabetes area.
