As B2B Business Manager you will be commercially responsible for an entire product category. You will work across all functions and across the entire value chain. You will be responsible for the process from strategy formulation to launch of new solutions, accelerating the category performance. You will drive the ambitious growth plans on a global scale and operationally secure both product introductions or discontinuations meet business objectives. You work in close collaboration with the C-level and global management team and will be the one to facilitate and orchestrate the performance of a product category.

Top performing business profile with cross-functional understanding
We are looking for a candidate with a strong business understanding and a high level of execution focus, ranging from strategic to operational level. You must be an experienced and proactive program manager profile and must be confident with cross-functional high paced execution. You have the seniority to make decisions and make sure that they are executed. You have the ability to analyse large volumes of data and use the findings to proactively mitigate possible challenges. You will also use your analytical skills to proactively pursue improvement possibilities. Above all, you are a team player dedicated to collaborating with key stakeholders as well as taking their functional perspectives into consideration.

Key job responsibilities
Business Management

  • Monitor and assess business performance
  • Drive cross-functional focus and execution on any business-related plan, issue, or initiative
  • Ensure that new product introductions are impactful and support business growth targets

Strategy Development

  • Develop, drive and anchor product category strategy
  • Lead implementation of selected strategic initiatives

Launch Management

  • Drive development of commercial GTM strategies
  • Define and drive global, cross-functional launch cadences to monitor progress, risks and overall launch readiness

The Business Manager will have no people management responsibility, but a comprehensive commercial responsibility. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Business Management and be part of a small team of Business Managers with Ballerup as working location.

Travel activity varies depending on business priorities, around 10-20 days per year to be expected.

We expect you to have:

  • A master’s degree preferably in business combined with at least five years of relevant experience
  • Solid knowledge of business management processes
  • Proven program management experience from a complex business environment
  • Objective, fact- and data driven mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Determined to follow up and follow through
  • Excellent communication skills
