Are you a driven, technically skilled sales professional with a passion for life sciences? Tecan Nordic is looking for an energetic and engaged Sales Specialist to promote our high-end Liquid Handling product range. This is a consultative and strategic sales role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex technical environments and loves working closely with customers.

As a temporary Sales Specialist for Liquid Handling Solutions at Tecan Nordic, you’ll be representing some of Tecan’s most advanced and prestigious automated systems. You will play a key role in driving sales of the company’s liquid handling products in Southern Sweden and Denmark. You will work with both new and existing customers, with your main responsibility being to build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities through active prospecting and sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to reach relevant decision-makers and identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers
  • Manage the sales of Tecan’s Liquid Handling (LiHa) solutions to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Provide technical consultancy to understand customer needs and objectives
  • Perform customer demonstrations, business cases, presentations, and training sessions
  • Represent Tecan at conferences and industry events
  • Ensure compliance with company values, ethical business practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain CRM data and provide accurate sales forecasts

What you bring along

  • A scientific background in biology, biotechnology, medicine, chemistry or similar
  • 3+ years’ experience in lab-tech or med-tech sales
  • Solid knowledge of laboratory automation and/or liquid handling systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English and very good Swedish language skills. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus
