Then you could be the new Senior Market Access Manager for Denmark and Iceland in Pfizer’s Access & Value FIND Cluster Team (Finland, Iceland, Norway and Denmark).

Pfizer have moved into 2025 with a sharpened R&D-focus, expecting several pipeline advancements for breakthrough medicines. As a result hereof, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Market Access Manager for Denmark and Iceland, who is motivated to drive access strategies and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Innovating Market Access processes in a national and Nordic context

As Senior Market Access Manager, you will join Pfizer’s Access & Value FIND Cluster team, who manage Market Access for the entire product portfolio in Finland, Iceland, Norway and Denmark. You will be responsible for Market Access activities in Denmark and Iceland, but given the close Nordic collaboration, some activities, e.g. HTA submissions for certain products will be carried out as a common Nordic project. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Global teams in launch and access activities, giving you rich opportunities for impacting processes.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Developing Market Access strategies & driving HTA & Access processes for Pfizer Breakthrough products.
  • Develop & roll out an engagement strategy with key payers and other relevant opinion leaders to support market access activities
  • Create and drive partnership/collaboration projects with key external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate access leadership in cross-functional teams and secure involvement where appropriate.
  • Close collaboration with colleagues in the FIND Cluster Access & Value team, colleagues from across functions in Pfizer FIND Cluster as well as with colleagues in the Global organizations.

Experienced Market Access professional with a commercial mindset

In this role you will use your experience to engage both internally with key stakeholders to drive access processes and externally with stakeholders in the payer environment. We imagine that you bring an academic education (Master of Science, MBA or PhD in Health Economics, Market Access, Pharmaceutical Science, Public Health or related discipline) coupled with 10+ years of experience working with Market Access in a similar company, a related consultancy, or within government – or health technology assessment body.

Furthermore, you have:

  • An established track-record in overcoming access hurdles and ensuring access for patients to innovative treatments
  • Preferably experience developing Real World Evidence
  • Knowledge of Healthcare industry & external trends; Assessing impact of (internal & external) changes on the Health Care System
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to drive and influence peers in complex (matrix) organization
  • Availability to national and international travelling
  • Fluency in oral and written English and Danish is mandatory

Knowledge of and experience of working within Pfizer’s therapeutically areas is preferred.
