Clinical Expertise and Sales Excellency in your Region

LeMaitre is seeking a dynamic professional to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the cardiovascular field. As the primary contact for and valued partner to LeMaitre’s clients, you will identify growth opportunities, drive sales by developing account plans, and ensure high client satisfaction by providing customers with the support they need. You will also negotiate contracts, monitor account performance, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

Sales Expert with Drive and Dedication

To succeed in this role, you come with experience and expertise within the medical device industry, preferably within the cardiovascular or surgical arena. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, coupled with strong product knowledge specific to cardiovascular or surgical devices and an in-depth understanding of clinical complexities. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, especially MDR, is important, alongside robust business acumen. With high levels of autonomy, you will work from a home office while managing extensive travel within your territory. To thrive in this independent position, you must demonstrate excellent self-management skills, a proactive mindset, and a results-driven attitude.
