We are currently looking to recruit a structured, professional, and service minded Regional Client Relationship Coordinator to join our global Investor Relations & Business Development team.
The Team
The Client Relationship Management team (CRM) is part of our global Investor Relations & Business Development team in CIP. The CRM team is in an operational perspective responsible for managing the entire investor engagement journey which includes organizing and coordinating all investor facing activities such as for example investor events, roadshows and due diligence meetings and supporting the global distribution team in their overall customer engagement. The team is one-point-of-contact for the clients within all operational issues. The team also oversees CRM system management and communication with investors and internal stakeholders and in general manages a broad range of tasks within investor relations across CIP.
CIP has grown significantly over the past years, hence we are now also growing and expanding the CRM team to further establish and improve our investor engagement and investor experience which enables us to manage a growing investor base on a global scale.
The Investor Relations & Business Development team covers all interactions with investor relations and business development activities from product and fund development to fundraising and investor engagement. The team is an international and diverse team consisting of ~50 professionals from different backgrounds, including investment banking, management consulting, and law firms, based in 6 offices across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.
The Role and Expectations
As a Regional Client Relationship Coordinator, you will support your colleagues in an administrative and coordinating perspective. Your responsibility and tasks include regional logistics, planning and execution as well as being one-point-of-contact for the Distribution Team and Investor RelationTeam:
- Planning, booking and coordinating meetings across your region.
- First investor point-of-contact, incl. onboarding calls, bookings etc.
- Organize and coordinate regional and global investor events.
- On-site due diligence planning.
- Update the CRM-tool DealCloud with all relevant regional information, incl. assurance of data provided by Distribution Teams.
- Plan and manage regional inbound travel calendars.
You will have a central and coordinating role within the Investor Relations & Business Development team as well as with the investors in your region.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who make things happen and with minimum 2 years of experience from a coordinating and/or administrative role like team assistant/coordinator, personal assistant or equivalent. From that role you are
- Structured, thorough and with a high attention to detail.
- able to drive administrative processes proactively and independently in a faced-pace environment.
- Curious and creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box and question the status quo.
- Resilient, service-minded and positive can-do attitude with good communication skills and a strong desire to work in a growing international organization.
- Motivated, energetic and enthusiastic team player who is proactive.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to develop and maintain relationships within and across teams.
- Excellent user of both Excel and PowerPoint and a dedicated digital approach.
