Palsgaard A/S, an international producer of specialty food industry products based in Juelsminde, primarily manages its recruitment in-house. When Senior HR Business Partner Gitte Vejs Thisgaard needed assistance in recruiting a Shipping Manager, she turned to Compass for an initial discussion.
