Ready to lead financial transformation on an international scale? DLF is hiring a CFO to drive change across its largest business area – the Greater Europe region.
In this role, you will report to the Group CFO and work closely with the EVP for Greater Europe. You will be responsible for all financial activities across the region, ensuring that finance operates not just as a function, but as a strategic partner to the business. You will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, guiding critical financial decisions and helping shape the future direction of the company.
You will lead the development and execution of a finance strategy that supports the business, while overseeing core responsibilities such as budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and performance management. Driving transformation will be central to your mission – streamlining finance, modernizing systems and processes, and increasing efficiency across the region.
You will lead and grow a finance team of 15-18 professionals with 6 direct reports, fostering a strong, collaborative culture and preparing the organization for future success.
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on CFO with extensive experience in complex, international environments. You bring a strong track record of financial leadership, transformation, and team development, along with the ability to influence and engage at the highest levels of the business.
