As Accountant, you will focus on Accounts Receivable (AR), managing incoming payments, and ensuring accurate financial records. Financial Reporting & Compliance in a Dynamic Role

As Accountant, you will be responsible for tracking outstanding payments and following up on overdue accounts. You will record and reconcile incoming payments, investigate discrepancies, and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Besides, you will handle inquiries regarding invoices and payments while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Additionally, you will support month-end and year-end closing activities, generate reports to monitor outstanding balances, and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency. As part of a collaborative finance team, you will also assist senior accountants and handle various administrative tasks as needed. This role therefore requires strong financial acumen, structured work methods, and an analytical, solution-oriented mindset.

Detail-Oriented and Versatile Finance Profile

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy across all job responsibilities. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as you should be highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines efficiently. We expect you to have a degree or vocational training in accounting, finance, or a related field. You should be proficient in financial management systems, ERP software, and accounting standards such as GAAP or HGB. Adaptability and flexibility are key in this position, since LeMaitre is experiencing growth, as well as changes in the technical landscape.
